Evercrest Staffing Management Ltd (company number 17219339, registered office 35 Noel Street, Kimberley, Nottingham, NG16 2NF) is the data controller for the personal data described here. We handle it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- From our website form: your name, phone number, email address, your business name, whether you are an agency or a business, and roughly how many people you pay.
- When you become a client: the details of your workers we need to run your payroll, such as names, addresses, National Insurance numbers, bank details, pay rates and timesheets. For that data we act on your behalf as your processor.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and talk to you about working with us (our legitimate interest, and your consent where you give it).
- To run your payroll and report to HMRC for you (our contract with you and our legal obligations).
Who we share it with
HMRC and other public bodies where the law requires it, the pension providers you use, and the service providers who run our systems for us under contract. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within 12 months. Payroll and employment records are kept for as long as HMRC and employment law require, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us through the form on our website. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
